We collect information you provide when creating and using a NagaiBook account, including your name, phone number, email address, shop details, gold savings schemes, customer records, enrollment and payment information, gold rates, bills, and images you upload.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the NagaiBook platform — including running gold savings schemes, recording and verifying payments, calculating gold earned, storing bills, and sending reminders and notifications. Shop and customer information you enter is private and visible only to you and authorised parties. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment Information

Shop payment credentials such as UPI IDs and bank account details are encrypted at rest and used only to enable customer payments to your shop. Subscription payments are processed by trusted payment gateways; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures, including access controls, monitoring, and regular backups. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Bills and Sharing

Bills you upload are stored securely. A bill is shared with a customer only when you choose to share it. Where WhatsApp bill sharing is enabled, bills are delivered through the messaging provider solely to the recipient you specify.

Third-Party Services

NagaiBook may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, messaging (including SMS, email, push, and WhatsApp), and payment processing. These providers are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains available while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent before uploading personal information relating to your customers, and for ensuring that scheme records, payments, and bills you enter are accurate and lawful.
