By accessing or using NagaiBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Eligibility

NagaiBook is intended for use by jewellery shops, their authorised team members, and customers participating in gold savings schemes. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing savings schemes and jewellery retail in your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Schemes, Payments, and Gold Rates

Shops are solely responsible for the design, terms, lawfulness, and fulfilment of the gold savings schemes they offer, for the accuracy of the gold rates they set, and for honouring maturity, bonus, and settlement commitments made to customers. NagaiBook is a software platform that records and organises this information; it is not a party to any scheme, deposit, or purchase agreement between a shop and its customers, and does not hold customer funds.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including shop details, scheme records, customer information, bills, and images. You grant SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all schemes, gold rates, payment records, bills, and communications are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Prohibited Activities

You may not upload illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content; operate unlawful deposit or investment schemes through the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other user accounts; disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the service; or use NagaiBook for spam, harassment, or unlawful activities.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, logos, and platform features associated with NagaiBook remain the property of SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Account Suspension and Termination

SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or create security risks.

Limitation of Liability

NagaiBook is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, nor for disputes arising between shops and their customers regarding schemes, payments, or gold settlement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your content, schemes, activities, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NagaiBook after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Subscription Upgrade Policy

When you upgrade or change your subscription plan, your current plan is immediately replaced by the new plan. The new plan validity starts from the date of payment — not from the remaining days of your previous plan. Any unused days from your previous plan are not carried forward or refunded. Please choose your plan carefully before completing payment.
